In January 2021 my piece Lilith was featured in Main Line Art Center’s Virtual Student Exhibition. This collection of work shared students, past and present, reconnect to display their creative journeys during the pandemic with artwork made at home and in the studios.

In the Fall of 2019 I met seasoned entrepreneur and fashion designer Bela Shehu. Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Ritten House Square, Shehu’s atelier, NINObrand, is a living, breathing representation of Bela’s relentlessly resourceful spirit, ingenuity and hard-won utilitarian design perspective. With whimsical artistry and technical engineering, each of her garments offers more than meets the eye. I was given the opportunity to design and hand paint custom t-shirts for both her Storefront and a NINObrand pop up show at Joan Shepp.

During the summer of 2016 and 2017 I interned at Nantucket Looms, a store that shares cottage-style living with the world through a selection of fine home furnishings, handwoven textiles, clothing, accessories and full-scale interior design services. I was taught by their expert weaver and co-owner, Becky Peraner, how to fabricate merchandise for store on Macomber looms as well as educate customers on store’s history.

In the summer of 2018, I assisted Alex Da Corte’s production team based in North Philadelphia. I temporarily worked alongside his costume designer for the video installation “Rubber Pencil Devil”.
